Frequently Asked Questions

The spectator ticket is nominative and gives you access during the selected days to:

• All open lifts*
• The shuttle buses operating between:
  • Caubella – Fontanals – Caubella
  • La Massana – Cruïlla – La Massana (when operational)
• The Downhill grandstand (capacity limited to 200 people, unassigned seating)

*Access to the Cubil sector will be restricted 1 hour before each competition on 07/11/2026. Racers will have priority access.

With the general tickets for 1, 2, 3, or 4 days, you can access the La Massana cable car and the Cubil chairlift (without a bicycle). These tickets also allow access to any other lifts and shuttle services that may be opened by the organization.

The event day tickets do not allow access with a bicycle. If you want to bring your bike, you will need a bike park pass or a season pass (Andorra Pass or Nord Pass), and it will only be possible via the La Massana cable car. The other lifts do not allow access with bicycles.

Shuttle buses will be available during peak times, especially between events and during periods of highest public movement.

The organization will activate the service when necessary to facilitate travel.

• From to 5 years: free admission
• From 6 to 11 years: child rate
• From 12 years and up: adult rate

If you hold one of the following passes, you have free access throughout the event:

Andorra Pass season 2025-26
Nord Pass season 2025-26
Bike Pass season 2026

Access is subject to availability and the same time restrictions as the World Cup entry.

What does the Mountain Pass include during the event?

The Mountain Pass allows access to the gondola, but does not include the use of chairlifts.
